Overview
This African Nymphoides bears round floating leaves and white flowers with a yellow centre. Young plants may appear near the base of the leaves. In the aquarium their first submerged leaves soon give way to mostly floating growth, which suits an open-top tank well.

Growing in the aquarium
Plant it in a nutrient-rich substrate: left simply floating without an anchor, it wastes away. Allow room at the surface and do not choose it to keep only small submerged foliage. The plantlets let you propagate it. A paludarium with an open water area can also show off its flowering.
