Behaviour
Peaceful, ideal in a well-planned community tank; undemanding about water, it lives with most popular fish: small cyprinids, tetras, livebearers, rainbowfish, anabantoids, catfish and loaches. A shoaling fish, at least 8 to 10. A generalist omnivore: dry food, small live or frozen prey and plant matter. It tolerates cooler water.
