Overview
This large bulbous plant grows long, smooth, ribbon-like leaves. Its root system becomes extensive in the substrate, while the foliage gradually takes up a lot of volume. It suits a spot where its outline can stay visible without being squeezed between groups of plants.

Growing in the aquarium
Allow room in the substrate and around the plant. It is propagated by separating the young bulbs that appear at the base of the main bulb. Before replanting these young plants, the source recommends shortening their long roots. Its slow growth calls for patience rather than frequent moves.
